Order your sapphire as a loose gemstone and simply present the certified stone to your trusted goldsmith. They will be able to discuss your design concepts in person and commence the bespoke creation process.
Option 2: The Bespoke One-Stop Experience
Elevate your creation by partnering directly with us and our partnered goldsmith. We manage the entire process, ensuring a seamless journey from the loose gem to the finished jewelry.
Here’s how we craft your masterpiece together:
1. Select Your Sapphire
Choose the extraordinary stone that will be the heart of your design.
2. Initiate Your Vision
Contact us directly upon or before placing your order to inform us via email (info@sapphiresbytim.com) or Instagram/TikTok (@sapphiresbytim) that you wish to commission a bespoke piece. This ensures your sapphire is reserved, not shipped.
3. The Design Consultation
We collaborate closely to understand your exact aesthetic and functional desires. Whether you have a detailed sketch, a picture or just an initial inspiration, we translate your ideas into a design concept.
4. The Quote
Based on your approved design, we secure a transparent quote from our goldsmith partner.
5. Approval and Commitment
We review the quote together to ensure it aligns perfectly with your expectations. Once approved, the payment for the creation is finalized, and our master goldsmith begins their work. (Please note that cancellations or refunds are no longer possible after your commitment for a bespoke piece.)
6. The Creation Phase
Your personal piece is handcrafted. This dedicated process typically requires a few weeks.
7. Delivery
Your completedpiece of jewelry is delivered directly to you. We eagerly await your feedback and hope your new treasure surpasses every expectation.
