Delivery Regions

We ship worldwide. The following regions are excluded due to legal barriers:

Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Iraq, Yemen, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Iran, North Korea, Central African Republic, Belarus, Myanmar, Russia, Zimbabwe, Palestinian Territories, Turkmenistan.

Delivery Time

The expected delivery time is 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on the region. We're located in Germany, thus domestic and nearby regions will be delivered in a few days while international shippings can take up to 3 weeks. Custom orders are excluded and can take longer since they are not ready to ship.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is always complimentary and insured.

Outside the EU, import fees such as customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the importing country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not related to us in any way.

We always declare the packages with the correct description of goods and the correct value.
